1. Our commitment
CipherX wants everyone to be able to use cpxs.ca. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) where they apply to us.
2. What we do
- Use semantic page structure, headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Design layouts that work from phones to large desktop screens.
3. Known limitations
Some older pages and third-party content may not yet fully meet these standards. We are improving them as part of ongoing site updates.
4. Feedback and alternative formats
If you hit a barrier or need information in another format, tell us the page and the problem and we will respond within 5 business days.
